Overview
The Englefield Electronic Bidet Seat Plus is the remote-controlled model in the Englefield bidet range. Instead of a fixed side panel, every setting sits on a backlit LCD remote that can live on its wall bracket wherever it’s easiest to reach, on either side of the toilet. A proximity sensor lifts and lowers the lid automatically, so you never need to touch it.
Water is heated on demand by a hybrid instant heater, giving a steady supply of warm water rather than relying on a small tank. Front and rear nozzles are separate, and you can adjust nozzle position, water temperature and pressure, or choose oscillating, turbo (massaging) and air bubble washes. An auto/child setting runs a simple preset cycle, handy for children and older users.
The stainless steel wand cleans itself before and after every use and has an antimicrobial finish on the nozzle surface. Comfort extras include a heated seat with adjustable temperature, a warm air dryer and a chemical-free carbon-filter deodoriser. An infrared seat sensor only allows washing while the seat is occupied, and a two-stage energy-saving mode reduces power use between visits.

Installation: the water connection must be made by a licensed plumber in line with AS/NZS 3500.1, including a high hazard backflow prevention device if one is not already fitted on site (not supplied). The seat needs a power point with RCD protection within reach of the 1.5 m power cord – if there isn’t one, have it installed by a licensed electrician.
