Plumbing Products ship to most parts of Australia. We offer an shipping rate of $30 (inc. GST) for all orders under $200 – All orders are shipped via premium and express delivery services, to reduce the risks of breakages to our customers.
- Large items will be sent with either TNT Express, Startrack, FedEx, Border Express, Fastway couriers and smaller items with Australia Post/Startrack.
- Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions, we do not send to PO Boxes.
- Please be aware that orders may be dispatched from either our Brisbane or Adelaide Warehouse
- We always endeavor to dispatch orders the same or next day, however due to the impact of Covid-19 handling time may extend up to 3 days depending on the order. Shipping time frames vary from 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email with your specific tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- We chose the most secure and fastest delivery methods to ensure you receive your order fast and in perfect condition, however once your order is in the hands of our freight company we do not take responsibility for any delays that may incur, especially during Covid-19 effected areas.
