Overview
The Note flush plate is the only visible part of a Kohler concealed mechanical cistern, so it sets the look of the whole installation. Its flat rectangular face carries a split-circle dual-flush button that is easy to find and simple to wipe clean.
It is designed for Kohler 88mm mechanical in-wall cisterns (wall hung 4179A-NA and wall faced 10611A-NA), including installations with Kohler Grande wall hung pans. It also makes a tidy replacement when an existing plate is worn or damaged. The plate lifts off to give access to the cistern internals for servicing.
The cistern, pan and seat are sold separately. Installation should be carried out by a licensed plumber.
