Note:
Free chlorine tolerance is 1 ppm. High chlorine levels will permanently damage the softening resin and are not covered under warranty. If chlorine exceeds this limit, a carbon pre-filter (such as the WH2 or CFS Series) is recommended. Please consult Puretec for specific recommendations.
In any case, a carbon pre-filter is recommended to protect against chlorine spikes and prolong resin life.

**** The warranty on the SOL system remains 6 years by default, but extends to 10 years* when the following conditions are met:

1. The SOL system must be installed with one of the following Puretec pre-filters:
WH2-55
FilterWall-F4, FilterWall-F5, FilterWall-F6

2. Both genuine Puretec cartridges and Softrol™ media must be routinely replaced per product instructions.
