Overview
The SOL30-E1 is a WaterMark approved water softener designed to reduce water hardness and protect your pipes and appliances from scale buildup.
It uses automatic, time-based regeneration, backwashing at pre-set intervals for hassle-free operation.
Note: For volumetric regeneration, backwashing only when necessary to help save water and salt – opt for the SOL30-E3 model.
Why soften hard water?
Hard water contains dissolved minerals such as limestone, iron, sulphur, magnesium and calcium. These minerals cause scaling that can block plumbing and shorten the life of appliances such as hot water systems, dishwashers and washing machines.
The benefits of soft water:
Protects appliances by reducing scale buildup
Helps maintain efficiency in hot water systems and dishwashers
Saves money by extending the service life of appliances
Reduces waste by avoiding frequent replacements
Say no to scale in your home or facility – soft water keeps systems running efficiently while helping your appliances last longer.
Install a pre-filter like the WH2 or FilterWall F5 to further extend your softener system warranty, protect your investment, and enjoy great-tasting water from every tap.

Puretec SOL30-E1 Water Softener Automatic- E1-Matic
A WaterMark approved water softener to reduce scaling and spotting in your home or building. Insist on a certified system.
Hard water is water that contains dissolved minerals such as limestone, iron, sulphur, magnesium and calcium. If these minerals are not removed from your water, they will cause scaling, eventually blocking plumbing and shortening the life of appliances – particularly hot water units, dishwashers, washing machines, etc.
Say ‘no’ to scale in your facility.
Minerals found in hard water build up in appliances such as hot water systems and dishwashers reducing their service life and making them less efficient. Soft water saves you money by replacing them less often and saves the environment by cutting waste.
